i finally fixed my interrior dash lights with the el guage set and now when i have my driving lights on the left hand turn signal comes on in the car but wont turn on out side if you use it . is there any logical explination.

Blown fuse or a short in the harness somewhere has been my experience in the past. Check your BAT fuse first, and make sure all your bulbs are working correctly.
