I have replaced the ignition control module, cap, rotor, wires, plugs and coolant temp sensor. the car is hard to start when cold and runs a little rough when warming up, once warm the car is sometimes still a little sluggish and on rare occasion's the car will not start when warm. I took it to a shop today that couldn't figure it out.

Have you check the IAC is clean and working and IAC port is clear.

The IAC port passage is what carries the cold start inj. fuel to the engine for starting if you have a idle air problem might explain some of your problems.

When running cold after a start only the fuel table controlled by the MAP and rpm, CTS and to a lesser extent the MAT are used before the engine goes into closed loop.

Might keep the CAT in mind also. Maybe getting plugged up.

Hard starting problem solved, added a fuel injector cleaner and now it starts right up. it still runs rough, I will probably replace all the injectors and the fuel pressure has started to drop so the pump is getting replaced also.
