Ok, they have the plastic tabs along the bottom, and the 2 large rivets at the door sill, but how do you unclip the rest of it? Looks like it's just some plastic tabs but I can't figure it out, and don't want to pry too hard for fear of breaking it.

There are rivets all along the bottom, I believe. They may actually be plastic rivets. You can just drill them out. It also snaps into the rear quarter panel.

don't hold me too it, but I believe there is one or two bolts in the wheel well holding them on. It's been awhile since I had to fix mine. But I remember there being more than 2 rivets.

What I meant was, 2 steel rivets at the door jamb. I have all the plastic rivets/clips out at the bottom along with the screw's in the fender well. I just didn't have luck unsnapping it out of the rear quarter, didn't know if there was some kind of trick to it?

You've got 4 of these stupid clips, one at the front and three in the rear:

I just wedged a large screw driver between the panels and popped them loose and carefully pulled the ground effects away.
Sorry for the blurry picture, it was a long night and my head hurts. I still think it's the room that's spinning.

You have to drill the rivet under the door sill
You have to remove the plastic rivets under the car (from the factory its plastic rivet...located along the welded edge of the floor pan and the rocker where you put the car jack)
You need to remove the screws that hold the plastic wheel well to the rocker panel. Front and rear.
You need to pull the tabs between the top of the ground effect rocker and the body part. Three at the rear and one at the front .Use a screw driver or better a thin hardwood piece and push the tab UP since the upper part of the locking tab is softer (thinner) and will unlock more easily. The rocker tab is thicker and dont bend easily.

Thats it.

Drill out the 5 plastic rivets along the bottom edge then lift the trim upwards and it'll come off.

There's 3 rivets at the door sill (under the rectangular plastic pop-out pieces) and 5 (I think) more along the bottom edge. Once all the rivets are out, snap out the ends and pull the rocker straight away from the body.
