I do not think that my '84 2.5L was ever really timed correctly because I just guessed on how the crank pulley goes on and then timed it by ear...

Anyway, I want to do it right. I now have a nice timing gun, and I'd like to make sure it's running top notch!
When I originally put the crank pulley on the car after the rebuild, I found that it would fit on any way I wanted it to... I looked at my manual, and it was not much help.
What is the proper procedure for installing a crank pulley on a 1984 2.5L 4cyl??
Thanks for the help!
oh, and BTW, I've been driving the car for a few weeks now with no problems.
