I just got rear ended. nothing serious - I think. the rear fascia is intact, and looks normal - but, I can easily push into it. anything back there I need to worry about? the lights seem to be fine.

It probably crushed the "eggcrate". Also, I'm sure the paint on the facisa is all cracked up (has lines in it). You'll need to strip the paint off of it in order for the new paint to not show those cracks. Take it to a *reputable* body shop & get an estimate. Make them pay for both the damage & a rental car. If their insurance co. wants the VIN off of your car, make them pay diminished value.

It might have also got the crumple zone in the frame.
See my 3.4 build thread near middle of page one.
