I took my 87 coupe to a mechanic to finish hooking up the heating cooling lines, vac lines, exhaust, and wire harness. I talked to him a few days ago and he wants the sensors and throttle linkage off the old engine. what would he even need that for, I have an 87 gt engine, with an 87 gt wire harness, and an 87 v6 computer. It should all just be plug and play shouldn't it? the only thing that looked like a problem to me was the detent cable isn't long enough.

did u ask him what he needs them for, seems like u should be a bit suspicious. but hey who know, ure swap seems pretty strait forward so i cant imagine what he needs those for.
