I have an 86 Fiero with a 4 cylinder engine. The engine, once it is warmed up, chokes and eventually dies if I am not applying the gas pedal constantly. I can eventually start the engine again and continue on my way until I have to come to a stop again and remove my foot off the brake. I try to flutter the gas pedel to get the RPMs up and regain power, but it doesn't work. I have replaced the fuel filter not too long ago. It seems like if floods itself and given enough time, it will start again.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can try. When the engine is cold, it idles fine.
