I see that most people say that pulling the V6 out the top isn't really worth the trouble and that just dropping the cradle is way easier, I was wondering if the duke is as bad or if it's a lot easier to get out the top so that I can still roll the car around after?

Its always easier just to drop it out the bottom regardless of what engine it is. It will take less time probably, and definitely be easier. Takes me around 1.5 hours from drive in to cradle out.
