Does anyone know what the threads are on the fiero izusu slave where the clutch line enters it? I need to make up a flex line and dont know what threads it is.

I remember it being a metric thread, 12mm, it should be the same as the Getrag since both use the same line:

Some data...
Clutch Master Cylinder to clutch line:
M12x1.0 thread - use 9/16" line wrench.

Clutch Slave Cylinder:
Flex Line: M12x1.0 - use 9/16" line wrench.
Bleeder: M12x1.0 - use 13mm wrench.

I cut off the flex line leaving a short stub so that I could reuse the fitting that screws into the slave. Then bored out an NPT bull plug (either 1/4" or 3/8" I don't remember which) to fit over the stub and silver-brazed it on. Then screwed on a female NPT to male AN adapter and ran AN hydraulic hose and fittings from there. And Did a similar modification on the same Fiero line coming from the master cylinder.

ouch! rodneys kit uses a compression fitting. Arn't those illegal on brake lines? Wouldnt that be the same for clutch even though its not life or death?

The pressure is far less in the clutch line. A compression fitting should hold just fine as long as it is the correct fitting i.e. I wouldn't use a 1/4" compression fitting on a 6mm metric tubing. 1/4" tubing is slightlybigger. Most of the Fiero tubing is metric.
