You may want to contact member buddycraigg, I know he rebuilds motors and sells them, not sure what he might have on hand at the moment. you could also post a WTB (wanted to buy) post in the mall section.

What is it doing? It may not need a complete rebuild. It could just need a new limit switch which is pretty easy to do and does not require taking the motor apart at the seams..

It's the typical, will go up won't go down. So I bought a rebuilt kit from another PFF member and took it apart, but the gears looked fine, nothing broken, nothing disentigrated, and it's sat on my workbench for the last year, the wife is not happy, lol.
I think I'll just contact Buddy and buy a rebuilt one and be done with it.
It would be nice if someone had a headlight motor core exchange type business. Thanks for the suggestions.

i only have a few useable cores left so once they're gone i'll have to start doing it on an exchange basis

i'm not sure a new motor will help, that sounds more like a relay or limit switch problem.

you also need to make sure the blue wire has power when the headlight switch is off.
