I am looking at 17'' and 15'' wheels. If i got 17" wheels would i need to make any adjustments? Would i have to change anything with the gauges because the axcel would be spinning slower but i would have gone farther? Or would i have to change anything with the speedometer?

If you keep tire diameter the same as the stock tires, you will need to change nothing.
