I'm also in the process of doing the Lebaron upgrade and like others, having some trouble finding the studs used. Everywhere I search it shows Dorman 610-323 studs to use. Well, numbers don't always match notrth of the border, so I've been looking into what vehicles use them and what else can be used. So far I've come across these:

Dorman 610-323 used for:
Camaro, Corvette, & Firebird

ARP 100-7708 (summit racing site) has a knurl of .509, some say it's slitely to big of a knurl
ARP 100-7709 has proper knurl of .485 but only sold in sets of 4 (honda)

1996 Chevrolet Cavalier:
12x1.5mm
.480 knrul
55mm in length

Napa 641-1581
12x1.5
.323 knrul
54mm in length

I'm inclined to check out stock on the cavalier, since they are a dime a dozen. Probably get one from a wrcker to confirm first.

They sell them in sets of four because if you have 4 studs per wheel then you need four sets if you have 5 studs per wheel then you need 5 sets to replace all the studs.

Take a stud out of your hub, and take it to a tire shop. They should have replacements in stock and will beable to sell them to you individually.

Went to my parts guy and rumaged through his stock with no luck. Went to crappy tire and no luck there either. Had them bring out the 1996 cavalier wheels stud (after I had to explained why I will not find it in the hardware section) and they were the same as the fiero studs I went to Papco (fastener place) and got some studs that are 50mm long. Only thing is the knurl area is also longer then the stock fiero, but it shouldn't be a problem, rotor will cover it up. Just trying to get them on has been, they won't get past the area where the stock knurl would sit. So I'm gonna go look at what Napa has next. ARP will be the lasy resort, I could probably fill my tank to what they will charge.

How much are they for a set of 4?? I you pick up 5 sets then just split the bill with someone, you can each get 10 studs.

I got mine from a local NAPA. Look through the parts catalogue and they'll be able to order what you're looking for. Might even be same day delivery. They're the Dorman 610-323 in the catalogue and they have some equivalent part number I think. Ask them to search the "old" system or something, they changed part numbers somewhere along the way.

AND if I remember correctly... depending on your wheel, and if you're using "tuner" lugs they will actually be too long. They had to be shortened on my car because the lug would not thread on far enough, it would take up the entire inner length of thread on the lug.
