Are they ported or modiefied stock fiero tb gaskets or can you get them at he store? If so what make and model is it off of? I need a 57mm tb gasket asap.

Not sure about the gasket being specific to the ported TB. If you want to check if the stock gasket will fit, go to the parts store and look at the intake manifold gasket set for the 85-88 V6 2.8L Fiero. It has the TB gasket in it (mine did). Take your TB with you, if you can, or take something to measure the gasket.

The closest I could find (size-wise) was a 3.8 Mustang 56mm throttle body assembly (1994-98).

I think you will need to modify a stock gasket. Darrell starts with a stock TB and then opens it up. It stands to reason that you would need to open up the bore of the gasket as well.
