s/c gutted, 62-1 turbo and intercooler installed.

I am running an LQ4 MAF part# 25168491
The MAF has a built in IAT sensor. The IAT sensor works fine, but I am getting a 0 for my MAF reading and Low MAF signal code from the computer. I purchased a second MAF and I am still getting the same problem. I double and triple checked my wiring. Is there anything else I should check before I purchase another computer?
