Ok, going from an auto to 5-sp. Want to make sure I know whats needed. Here's my list.
Trans
Axles
Flywheel
Clutch pressure plate, disk and TO bearing
Slave
Master
Line(from front to back)
Pedal set up
Shifter and cables
Engine harness
Ecm.
Did I miss anything? Will an 88 5-sp setup work in a 87?Anything else I should know? How much should expect to pay for everything-used?

It's not an absolute requirement, but you might want to grab a manual steering column, while you're at it.
It has the key release lever that will stop the steering from being locked by accident, if you have to turn of the key in an emergency, while the car is moving.
The auto column, without the shifter interlock cable, can be locked simply by twisting the key all the way back.
