i recently switched to prothane bushings and now i got way too much positive camber on the rear wheels. the car is setting at stock height. has anyone else experienced this? and what was done to correct it?

what year?
I had that probelm with the 88 on the pass rear, before and after the poly. I ordered the magna cam bolt for the adjuster on that side. removed the bolt, and I think I see what the issue is. the cam bolt pushes against a ridge on the strut bracket to force it in or out relative to the cast knuckle. the ridge was worn down about 1/8" in. the cam bolt was also very slightly bowed up causeing it to ride up the rounded edge even more. the magna cam got me back to 0, but contrary to what they say, it does not have the adjustment range of the stock unit, if it is not worn out.

Your toe is probably off due to the poly bushings having replaced the compliant rubber that the alignment was set up for.
Toe does affect the camber. You probably have more toe-out on the rear right now than you should, or your camber just isnt adjusted all the way in.

the camber adjustment is the same. that cam stop is on the strut, if it is an original strut, I bet it is worn. it should be the bottom bolt, the head side, look at the the inside edge of the strut bracket, ifit is worn, then hyou have 2 chices, new strut, or repait the stop. IE weld a ridg in and grind it square.

thanks for the advice! i know the camber is already adjusted to the max. but it still has about +5 degree camber. i thought the same thing about replacing the struts, but i was told by the mechanic that installed my bushings that replacing the strut probably won't make a difference. also, i know if lowering the car will create a negative camber, would this be a good (easy) solution to counter the positive camber?
