Any of you used the new Duplicolor temporary paints. I would be interested in it as a protector for the front of my '88GT. Being white it gets stained easily by bug guts. I have a bra but it is still getting stained around the parking lights openings etc. When I saw this temp paint advertised it sure sounded interesting.

I don't think it would be effective for protecting for bug and rock hits if it comes off with soap and water. The acid from the dead bug would probably eat right through it.

On the other hand, that stuff would be way cool to add temporary graphics to your car. Imagine going to a show and having graphics specific to that show painted on.

There is a paint made for that. It's a spray on bra. Can't remember who makes it, but it's sold at O'Reilly Auto, and probably other automotive stores. Maybe even Walmart.

I added a second link to my original post. I guess I thought the add was talking about the paint as being used for both applications but I just found this link when I went back to the website.

You could even tape off your car and try out some paint schemes to see what you like.
