I was looking at my neighbours new PT Cruiser and it has rear disc brakes.
Has anyone tried using this as a swap ( same bolt pattern as fiero ) ie rotors and caliper.

I'm sure the front calipers, rotors and pads from an 86 grand am are cheaper and easier to swap on the back of our cars...that is what I did.

Do you really want to be a test pilot? Brakes are not something to be blindly swapping, even if they superficially appear to fit. What will you do if you have an accident, and your insurance company learns that you have modified the brakes, voids your policy, and refuses to pay?

if the car had brakes that achualy stopped the car maybe one could avoid an accident... thats the way i figure it...safer than thinking insurance would save the day in a pinch.
