I am looking for opinions on the best way to remove the old grease from the window tracks without removing any parts of the regulator. Please include the recommended solvent to be used. Thanks a bunch in advance for your wisdom and time.
Please note that the door skins and interior panels are already removed. This car has electric windows and door locks.

If you have a good idea on how to free up the door locks, that info would also be greatly appreciated.

Something that I always use for degreasing is BC12 Carb cleaner From Berryman , but be sure not to get it on any plastic's or paint. I also like PB Blaster penatrating oil for frozen parts. Good Luck.
