How do you properly check a 84 2.5Ls fuel pressure. I lok for the Schrader valve like on the 2.8s and did not see one. Where is it? And also where is the fuel pressure regulator located? Just thought I might want to check them for function as well...

To test the fuel pump/pressure on a 4 cylinder, install the fuel pressure gauge in the line, between the fuel filter and the in-let fitting of the TBI , then turn the ignition switch to on. No schrader valve on the 2.5.

Is there a fitting that I have to buy to put it in line. The fuel pressure gauge from autozone just threads onto the schrader valve normally... Sorry for being such a newbie!

Thanks for the help!
