I searched the forums but couldn't find anything......
Here goes. My wiper works only in High speed. No low. No intermittent. When I turn the wipers off the arms stop dead in their tracks. The low speed has worked 2 times in the past year and when you turn them off they have parked correctly. But now only high. could it be the stalk? Relay or ???? Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

It is your wiper switch in the column. High price and hard to get too.
