The easy test is to do the pressure leak down test. Just put a pressure gauge on and cycle the key to power up the pump without starting the engine.
You pressure should set about 40 psi and hold for about 10 min.

If it drops then you have a leak somewhere. Could be injector (any of the 7) pressure reg. or check valve at the pump.

If you want to test more you have to do more work. You can also do an injector balance test but requires pulling the upper intake off so you can get to the injectors and have a pulser box to fire each injector one at a time to measure pressure drop. Most people don't have access to one, unless your able to build your own. They not that hard to make.

Have no idea how much a shop would charge to do a balance test.

Probably more than you wanted to know...

Cycle the fuel pressure up with key on a couple times, after obtained pressure is reached, pinch the pressure line, if pressure does not hold the obtained pressure, check for leaky injectors or cold start vavle .You can put a stethoscope on the top of the injector, to see if its clicking, or buy one of those pulsing lights and check at connections, or the easiedt way for restoring or checking them would be to send them off to www.cruzinperformance.com .
Flow Test Only, no parts replaced or cleaning............$5.00 per injector + actual return shipping.
Complete Flow Test and Cleaning.............................$12.00 per injector + actual return shipping.
