Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a difference in from the 2.8L heads and the 3.4L heads from the 93 camero? I'm in the process of doing and engine swap and want to know if I can keep the heads from the 2.8 and put them on the 3.4 or if I must use the 3.4's heads. They look identical, is there a difference?

Apart from the casting number, they are the same. You can interchange them if necessary.

I didn't even realize that the casting numbers were different.
Yes. The heads are the same. Right down to the valve sizes.

If you mean the bump in the intake runner..Yes they do. I was just cleaning my 3.4's up today for my transplant.
