My red 87-GT works great, exept for this litle anoying thing.
The motor is missing a beat every 10-60sec untill it's warm, and it still may miss a beat once in a while even when hot.
What might be the problem?

At idle, it could be:
1. worn plugs
2. plug wires
3.incorrect timing
4. vacum leaks
5. low or un-even compression
During driving:
1.fuel filter
2. injectors
3. cracked dis cap, components, dis wires, ect
4. faulty emission system
5. faulty ignition
6. vacum leak in the fuel injection system, intake manifold or vac hoses

I would start with the timing--it doesn`t cost anything. It sounds like its advanced to far, just a hunch, hope it helps some...
