Depends on what peice, generaly a screw/rivet on the end. For the straight aways, push down towords ground at clip, carefully pry from botton with something like a plastic putty knife. These clips are fragile after all these years, if you don't break any consider yourself very lucky. Clips, rivets, mounting hardware generaly available at parts places or Fiero Store. Remember mounting hard ware is more available than trim pieces.

The front fender trim at the leading edge of the door must be removed from behind the fender.
The door trim, starting at the door handle, use a flat screwdriver and pop out the retaining pin and lift up while tilting the top out from the side. (this MAY be backwards in both the front and rear panel removal) *Note that the retaining clips ar not reuseable in most cases.
The trim at the rear of the door is attached with a crosshead screw and is removed from the rear by either bending the end of the sheet metal back to gain access (I do this a lot) or by drilling a hole over the screw head (hard to do if you have no idea of its location).
The trim behind the door, remove the 7mm screw in the wheel well and lift up while tilting the top out from the side. The keeper rivit at the front of the trim in the door channel must be destroyed to remove.

The front fender trim is held on from behind. So is the little bit of trim just behind the door handles. The long piece on the door is held on with replaceable trim fasteners, so is the quarter panel trim (except for the plastic rivet at the front edge.)

Rodney Dickman sells replacements for the trim fasteners, very reasonable and fast shipping.
