Good luck trying to get anything out of them! If you are getting the green light and it is not working, then you have the reverse dimming disable hooked up. It is a green wire. When this is connected, the mirror stays on but does not dim. This is when you put the car in reverse the mirror undims so you can see what you are doing. You will definetely notice it dim. Shine a light directly at the photosensor and the mirror will become very dark in a matter of two to three seconds.

Not a problem. From left to right on the plug: positive, negative, reverse disable.
