I'm fairly certain the "turbo" will draw more HP through power generation than it will be able to create, especially if you expect anything above microscopic pressures. Electric fans are great at making high volumes of air move, not high pressure.
Also, the Iron Duke engine is simply not capable of standing up to the stresses of turbocharging.
In my opinion, you'd get more power for less work/money through other means.

The truth about the myth of "electirc superchargers" is they dont work the fans cannot flow what the enginge can suck.
The best you can do for the duke is find the holley intake, or the carb manifold somewhere, find a replacment header, or port stock. Head work, AC delco plugs and wires, the bosch quad spark things porduce weak spark and thick wires arent less resistant they disapate more electricity.
the duke is a realy weak powerplant, meant for filling an engine compartment not performing. the best you can do to improve things is swap the motor.

read the throttle cable info in my cave.... odds are you aren't even using all the, 'limited," power the engine already makes.

The best fix for that is to fix the cable at the pedal end. (and the padal pivot block)

You will not gain any performance unless the throttle plate is not opening to WOT (90*) with full pedal. Couldnt hurt though.
