Just wondering if anyone has the specs for the 4.9 Delta cam and are there different grinds available (also are these specs available).
I have seen lots of 'so called' numbers listed here and claims made about the springs binding/etc and would like to see some actual numbers for the stock valve train (factory springs).
I know Rockcrawl has a set of specs listed on his site, but these require the springs to be changed out.
Specs from Rockcrawl's site (modified springs required):
Advertised duration: 282 intake/282 exhaust
Duration at .050 in. cam lift: 220 intake/220 exhaust
Gross valve lift: .498 in. intake/.498 exhaust
Lobe separation: 110 degrees
Peak horsepower rpm: 5,500
Peak torque rpm: 2,500
