I'm looking at buying the trueleo intake of course, and with that you can get whatever tb you want for him to customize it to. However I was wondering what kind of tb's are out there that you can use with the stock tps and coolant lines? Is there a 62mm? I''d like to do roughly a 75mm so I can keep 3" tubing from air intake to tb. Is there any tbs out there besides the stock one, and not just ported ones?

I don't think there is a 2.8 out there that needs a 75mm throttle body.
The 1996-1997 3.4 DOHC had a 64mm unit, and the 91-95 3.4 DOHC had a 62mm TB, so you could try one of those, that'd work good with a highly modded 2.8 or 3.4 OHV.

And?
So cut it and weld it to a flange. From WCF, a 91-95 62mm throttle body on a 2.8l plenum, very clean setup.

careful with the sizing. small increases in diameter make for pretty big increases in volume. like they mention above, the 3.4 DOHC throttle body would be the biggest you'd wanna go. there is no bigger breathing 60*V6 than that.
I've got a trueleo intake with a 86 GN TB off a 3.8 turbo, it measures 59mm and the tps and aic are direct plug ins. The sizing is about perfect for my 3.4. You have to do some fabing for the linkage since the butter fly is oppisite of a fiero and it doesn't have any cooling lines. I've got an intake like Aaronz34 posted if you want one, I'll sell at a good price

Now that I like, different from the original yet the same. Nice tig job too. Did you do that one? and whats the inside of the top of the intake like, didi you change anything other than the tube?

No I bought one from WCF and you have to change the plug ins. It has a seventh injector for fuel enrichment with a controller. I have everything if anyones enterested. Would have to make something for cruise control too
Those intakes are still ineffiecient because the runners aren't any better flowing.
I never said they weren't, but they help. That is probably one of the best, and cheapest ways to get good power from the intake side of things. That can be done for under $100, with good results. Every single intake manifold out there is innefficient, even a tuned independant throttle body setup like my own. It is as close to perfect as I can get, but still not perfect.
