I'm rebuilding my entire suspension with new poly bushings, kyb shocks+struts, and West Coast Fiero rear coil over kit. How hard is it to remove the upper control arm bolt? I had it up on my lift at work and it sorta looks like there isn't enought room to slide the bolt out unless you removed the inner fender skirt. Any ideas on how to do this? Anyone experienced in this?

If I remember right you do have to remove the inner fender skirt. Thats no to big of deal, just the bolts around the outside and undo the screw/push in connectors and the whole inner wheel well pops out. About a 10 min job at most. The bigger deal could be your lower control arm, check the front bolt to see which way the bolt comes out, if it comes out towards the steering rack that will have to be unbolted to get that bolt out. That can become a project if you bust a bolt so be careful and use lots of PB Blaster. If i remember right different years had the bolts go in from different sides.

The top one usually isn't that bad. It doesn't look like it can make it out but as you get it further and further out of the control arm and the sleeve, you can bend it a little towards you and clear the frame. I just did all of what you are planning and that bolt is one of the easiest. Pray your lower control arm bolts are point the easy direction.

Disconnect the brake line from the chassis and it will come out.
