been looking around there but been getting different opinions.. guess it's trial and error I'll try it at .052 tomorrow morning. I nabbed 3 of them before the sun went down so that's a plus
thanks for the input anyways though!

Does gap really make that much of a difference? I think mine are at .55. Should I scale it back? They are 103's, 3 temp ranges cooler.

I have read alot of Threads that say the gap makes a big diffeance and can get rid of KR but seems kinda iffy to me. But I am pretty new to the 3800 scene so my comment is just an opinion and not fact. I run AL 104s and gapped them at .55 and have no KR with my setup now that I finally found the problem. I am installing an IC now and will probally stick with the same plugs instead of going with colder ones.

gap effects a bunch as I read over clubgp for about 2-3 hrs last night.
I guess a guy over there had his gapped at .070!! and he wasn't getting KR of any sorts and ran a 13.1 with a 3.4 pulley. It's all trial and error some motors like different settings. I had mine gapped at .048-.050 I have to find a real gapping tool that coin looking POS sucks.

Like Low_key said, it depends on the car. The reason why I said gap your copper plugs less than your Iritium or Platinum ones is because the plat/irit plugs have less firing resistance and a hotter spark which doesn't "blow-out" as easily under boost. Again, this all depends on your engine, its mods, fuel, ignition system, amount of boost, etc. I would try out some different gaps and see what works best for you.
