I have replaced the rubber bushings in the rear control arms and front cradle mounts with poly. How do I remove the rubber from the rear cradle mounts?

It can't get much simpler--it's just a metal/rubber sandwich.

- unbolt the exhaust system at the cat/y-pipe connection & remove it in one piece;
- support engine from above, and undo engine & transaxle mounts;
- loosen front cradle bolts;
- remove rear cradle bolts & swing the rear of the cradle down to where you can work on it.
- pry out old rubber bushings;
- use a BFH to remove the metal sleeve shown in the photo below.

...install the poly bushings, and reassemble.
