I need to replace my exhaust system on my 88 Formula. I would like to use a Borla system. I checked with the Fiero Store and was told that their Borla setup will not work on 88 Fieros. I did a search on Google for "Fiero Borla Exhaust" and found several site that claim to sell Borla cat back exhaust systems. Has anyone bought a Borla system for an 88 that fits? If so, where did you get it?

I don't know specifically about the Borla setup, but I know the Flowmaster muffler has to be notched to make it fit.
Perhaps something similar could be done to the Borla?
