What would be a safe or logical way to remove these without damaging it or myself...?

I've got 2 I have to remove, and the one cannot get damaged, the other one doesn't really matter because the drivers side was ground off (pretty much meaning its trash)

How do these things come off? Im loosing the one and using a gas strut kit and the other I have sold and gotta remove it... PLMK

Thanx alot in advance.
