Huh, only the Oldsmobiles got the W41. I'll have to keep that in mind next time in the junkyard. One of these days I'm gonna steal the Q4 HO out of my dads Grand AM GT.

None of this even matters if it's impossible to find motor mounts to adapt them to the Fiero.

Do I sound bitter? That's cause I am...

I have a 2.4 TwinCam (Quad-4 successor), just begging to be dropped into my 1984 Fiero 2m4 SE and I can't find suitable motor mounts that would allow me to drop this onto the engine cradle..

E-mail me if you're serious about this project. I can fab and ship mounts but they will have to be welded to your cradle or you can ship me a cradle and I'll do it all. I have a spare '92 2.3L block to use for fit-up and a '84 spare cradle. We'd have to make sure the mounting holes are the same on the 2.4L block but I think they are.

You also have to use the tranny that came with the 2.4L, so if it is an auto, then you have to use that. But the Fiero tranny mounts fit, or at least on the 2.3L Getrac, I think the 2.4L Isuzu should as well.
