Getting a rattle in the steering column. Does not feel loose any suggestions where to start looking. Thanks.

Check under the instrument panel first, those bolts have been known come become loose, especially with the age of our cars.

SOOOOOO much stuff under there to check. If not a wire harness or such trim panel, and DEFINATLY in the column, I'd look at the rods going down the column to the ignition switch & high-beam switch.

You sure it's in the column. Could you be feeling/hearing a bad bushing in the rack?
