I'll be driving along and the engine will cut out or jerk. If it dies it will start up and then die, this can go on for 5 minutes untill it starts and drives again. I've gotten no check engine, nothing. Now I did notice that my wipers came on by themselves the other day and I'm suspicious of the ignition switch or the harness in the steering column. Can anybody help with this, any ideas?

I would suspect the ignition module first. Then the pick up coil. Sounds like its getting heat soaked and stalling. Then it cools off and you can run it again.

The wipers is another common problem. Usually changing the wiper circuit board fixes that.
