I just put new rear struts, front shocks and a rear add on sway bar on my 84. I also put 17" wheels and low profile tires and now my "SON" says I should lower the car some. Is there a simple way to do this without replacing everything again?

only thing needed to replace is springs -

You could also:

a) use Rodney's lowering ball joints up front
b) go with coilovers. There's a thread on some inexpensive Civic coilovers that work in the rear.
c) cut your springs (this can be a contraversial issue around here)
