What size torx driver is used for removing the outer door skins. Is this a special driver, is the tip recessed ? I've got a driver that seems to fit but sure seems it should slide into the fastener further. I've tried to remove the fastener but the torx bit I use just spins

Thanks
Glenn

The plastic on the screws strips out pretty easy.
Use a grinder to remove the top of the plastic to expose a metal bolt that I think is also a torx head.
You will have to remove the door molding to get to 3 screws and there are also the plastic rivets along the bottom.
