I asked about this a while ago, and nobody knew. Well I have the answer now and want to share it with everyone. This is how to disassemble a Eaton M90 from a 3800. This info is from Dave Winterhalter of Winterhalter Performance Inc.
www.winterhalterperformance.com . They sell everything needed to rebuild an M90, so check them out! Hope this helps everyone.
There isn't to much to dismantling an M90. First thing you need to do is make sure you drain as much oil as you can out of the SC snout by removing the black plug on the snout with a 3/16" allen wrench. Those get very tight so you might need a pipe or combination wrench to give you some extra leverage. Take out the bolts that hold the snout to the housing. Take a very thin putty knife and hammer and try to wedge it between the housing and the rotor pack. You might have to try a few times and also work your way around the housing so it comes out straight with the rotors. Obviously take off all the parts on the outside of the housing. When you pull the PCV valve out there is going to be a black baffle underneath it that most people don't know about. You are going to have to pull that out to, you might have to tap it out from the underside of the SC housing. When putting it back together just make sure the dowels line up to the rotor pack and snout and tighten those bolts, snout bolts, down to 13.5 ft/lbs. All of the rest of the bolts can just be snug, 1/8" turn past tight.
When I actually disassemble mine for powder coating, I will do a complete pictorial of it.
