I am about to buy some synchromesh and I just wanted to reaffirm that the 1987 Getrag Five speed uses two quarts of fluid.

Please either confirm my thought..

Dead dry, i think it's a touch over 2.

Can't say 100%, but the last couple I filled I seem to remember using a bit out of a 3rd bottle.
