If the engine sat for a long time without being run it's not unusual for some of the injectors to stick closed. Usually you can get it to work by cranking up the engine and tapping on it lightly with a wrench. If that doesn't work, remove it and spray some WD40 in it. If it frees up run a couple of rounds of injector cleaner through the engine. If on the other hand it just stopped functioning during regular use the problem maybe a failed injector. Unless the injector from another engine has the same flow rate and resistance mixing them could be a bad idea. I'm assuming this is the multiport engine.

I'd say pull the plug wire till you know it's working I'd hate to see you run it lean.

replace it with a caddy injector. The last thing you need is one cylinder running rich or lean throwing off the o2 sensor causing more drivablity problems.
