86' cruise control help PLEASE by black Fiero SE

I have an 86' GT that I bought the cruise control servo from the firero store. They sell 1 replacement for all years. I got it in and it looks like an exact replacement for my 88' GT but my 86' GT has a more square looking servo. Does this make sence to anyone? Should they look the same? Any help would be great.

They are identical for all years. Here's what the stock one looks like:

Note, the arrow is pointing to the vent solenoid, not the cruise servo above it.

The arrow should point to the round diaphram type device. The way it is now, the pic shows the cruise solenoid and not the servo. Good luck.

Actually, the picture is recycled and I didn't state in my post that I was pointing at the cruise servo. Just to avoid confusion I'll edit my post to reflect that the arrow is pointing to the vent solenoid.
