"85GT with a '91 4.9 4T60E and '2240
Scanning ECM as I am driving, this is what i am getting:
Code 13 (Right O2 sensor not ready) comes up intermitently at highway speeds.
Engine is running rich, gas mileage sucks, not going into "closed loop"
engine temp at 80mph with the A/c on (90 degree weather) is 171 to 175
(maybe a faulty sender/bad thermostat. Dash gage confirms that it's running
cold)
Scanner says that it's running on the rich side all of the time (not going into
"closed loop" could be why)
Any ideas?

Edited: Forgot to mention that i put a new O2 sensor in 4 days ago (it was throwing
same code with the old O2 sensor)
