Lift up from the bottom of it in the center. Work your way to the front, then switch and work the back clear. There is a small push type connector under the door handle, this should wiggle free once the trim is clear from the rest of the door.

LOL, np!

You need to remove the upper seatbelt bolt, and a screw in the door opening in the rear B pillar panel. Once you get those out, pull the top of that panel out, now you can remove the A pillar / door opening panel.

I use a wide blade screw driver and push gently down from the outside at the area where the panel is clipped in. Go gently as not to break it.

Then pull the panel up along the A pillar, if you pull it straight out, you can break the clips.

Mine didn't break. It just came loose and went sliding down along the trim into the black hole at the fron of the trim, never to be seen again.

The clips mentioned are on the windshield posts. When you get the top two undone, gently lift the trim up along the pillar. It must move up and back following the post about one inch (1.5cm) to release those clips. You will need to guide the trim around the headliner at the top of the windshield as best you can. If the trim won't slide for you, pull the trim out so you can see up in there and use some side cutters and cut the clips off, they are white in color. The clips are still available in packs of ten. I have some if you need them let me know and I will get them to you cheap.
