What is the fuel pressure for the 3800 supposed to be? Mine is at 40 Lbs running a AC Delco EP-376 pump. The engine runs but I was under the assumption that it was supposed to be 48-51 PSI.
I took out the fuel filter just to check the difference and got 43 PSI. Is the pressure adjustable? if so how do you adjust?

Scott, at idle you probably won't see more than about 40psi or so. Under boost (WOT) you should see about 50psi with a stock FPR.

40 psi while running is fine - the 47 psi reading should be with the motor not running , turn the key on and off a few times to pressurize the system and then measure.
