Can anyone tell me if the ac lines are the same on all models of Fiero's? I have an 86GT that the lines oxidized. Someone in the mall said he has some on different models and years and wondered if they were interchangable.

The lines from the junction block on the driver side rear cradle to the front are the same. Not sure about lines from there to the compressor though. Not sure if manufacture mounted all the compressors in the same spot.

I don't mean to show my ignorance, but I thought they were solid lines that ran down the middle of the car? I'm a very un-mechanical woman and I was under the impression that this is what a mechanic told me I needed.

I think the 85-86 had the same hoses from the comp to the junction block.

They are solid from the junction block forward. From the junction block to the compressor is heavy rubber hose with short steel lines at each end.
