You've got a rather small hub on the Fiero for such a heavy/large brake rotor. 11 3/4 inch Z-28 rotors fit inside stock 15 inch wheels, but that's not your question. I think someone sells a brake conversion using the Corvette brakes, they'd know for sure and could answer your question. Personally, I'd go with a larger bearing and hub on any large rotor setup, unless it was just for show purposes.

I have a custom made 12" Corvette rotor kit on my Formula. I used the stock calipers and everything seems to be working fine. They fit behind my 17" wheels just fine although I don't know if 13" brakes would fit or not. Email me direct if your interested in discussing further.

Check out the "WCF 12" front and rear rotor kit for Fiero (1988)" All it requies is hubcentric rings for the rotors, drilling the rotors for the Fiero bolt pattern, and adapters to move the Fiero calipers out to fit the rotors. On 88's, it's incredibly simple. Earlier models require new calipers, etc.

I also have the 12" Corvette brake upgrade on my 88 Formula (4.9), I'm running 16" Centerline wheels. It is truly an incredible upgrade and worth every penny. I have two more sets on the shelf just waiting for two of my other cars to need brakes and then they go on.

what wheels you plan to use and what year corvette you might be a big deal; I THINK vettes used different calipers at different times, so how will it fit with the actual wheel you want to use....? Wheels are not exactly 'cylindrical' or constant diameter, inside. They taper down to a smaller diameter as you get closer to the 'mounting surface' of the wheel. This is a pic of a 13" vette rotor with a Wilwood Dynalite caliper inside a 16" Camaro IROC rim. There is minimal, but acceptable, clearance: caliper-to-wheel. It is worth noting to you that the front and rear IROC wheels have (only) about a 1/2" difference in offset, but this little item makes ALL the difference: these rotors will fit behind the "lesser" offset rim but not the greater offset rims; they go too "DEEP" into the wheel and that little taper I mentioned makes it impossible for the caliper to fit in that case. Just an example of why the individual wheel will be important.

I had the 12" C4 rotors redrilled to the 5x100 bolt pattern, had custom centering rings made so the rotor would fit the spindle and then had brackets made to relocate the calipers. Send me an email if you want further info.
