I need to put a new set of tires on my gt and i was looking at the kumo 711's and i was wondering if a 225/50/15 would look good with 1 1/2 intrax lowering springs. Any advice or comments would be greatly appreaciated and +'s for any replies.

The 225 / 50 R 15's do look just a shade too small IMO.

here's a pic of one of my 88's on TFS lowering springs, and 225/50/15's at the 4 corners.

I've got the 711 on my car in 225/50/16 and I love them. 225/50/15 probably would look a little small, but I like the way they look on 16s. Beefy enough to look mean, but not balloon tires. I would use a 225/60/15 and maybe a 225/55/15 on the front. If you want to be able to rotate them at all though, they need to be the same because the tires are one way tires. I'll try to get a picture for you by tomorrow night.

yeah that would be nice to see a pic on 16's but tire rack says the 711's only come in 50 and on down to like 30 series so for right now i have to keep the stock 15's but im looking for a set of rims to buy. 16's 17's 18's it doesnt matter but i would just like some different rims. + for you.
