I have to replace my C203 connector. Only some of the wires are bad so I don't want to have to replace the entire connector if I don't have to. I was told that you can remove the pins and wires from the connector but I can't figure it out. Here is a picture of the connector.

slide a "pick" or very small screwdriver into the side where it plugs into the other connector (not the wire side) second pic

what you are doing is releasing a clip for the connector

As you poke the point/pick into the correct pin....push the wire IN a bit then stick the pick in the other end while pulling gently on the wire.
should come right out! ( you can do this!! if not ...take it to a auto shop or radio shack) very easy to do and should not have to pay someone to do it!
